UX is in a tough place but let's not stick our heads in the sand.
The UX field is facing a whole host of challenges. We are facing continuous layoffs, hiring processes that feel broken, and when you finally land a job, low UX maturity often stuns career growth. But I’m not one to wallow in despair for too long so I want to dedicate the March Q&A session to discussing different perspectives on what chances and positive outlooks UX can have in store for us in 2025.
